Title: Fulfilling God's Heart Part 6: Solomon Being Brought Into The Purpose Part A
Synopsis: David is imparting his heart and wisdom in building God a house into his son Solomon. We are “David's offspring” as those who even now, are helping to build the house. Solomon asks God for wisdom and immediately stops worshiping at Shiloh and goes to worship in Zion where the Ark is instead. Zion is where Christ is in us (represented by the Ark)! With wisdom from on high, Solomon discovered God's view for a house and quit honoring the religious view and began honoring the place for His habitation. A place where the Ark is at rest (Zion, Christ in us) not a religious edifice (Shiloh) with no Ark.
