Title: Emptied to be Filled
Synopsis: There is a sacrificial present we can give to God and it is the offer’s joy to give it. It is the gift of ourselves as empty vessels willing and ready to be filled with His Son. We are emptied by the cross working in us as we embrace it, reckoning ourselves dead. Now emptied vessels, reckoned alive to God by Christ who now is free to live in our bodies. This is the living sacrifice we give to the Father.
