Title: Elisha and the Poisonous Gourd
Synopsis: Everything is going great for the school of the prophets until someone ruins it all by throwing poisonous gourds into the pot…if only that person hadn’t ruined it for them. Now they can’t eat with Elisha. Everything would be okay if it wasn’t for what happened! We can get hung up on issues and as we allow issues to consume our mind it brings us into spiritual arrest, and we cannot go on in the Lord as we should. In this sermon we look at issues in the story of the poisonous gourd and we look at the answer that Elisha gives them.
