Title: 2 The Big Picture
Synopsis: The Pastor/Shepherd/Leader has oversight and vision beyon what others will have. God gives the leader the big picture and each person has their part in the bigger picture. You have to help them flow with that. Do not cater to the flesh and leanings of people under you, gather them in to their part in the greater vision. Christ must be the central focus. Everyone needs to see that they have a part and it is important. Find those that the Father adds to you. Don't worry yourself with those who are not added by God.
