Synopsis: God has it in His heart to bring us under an internal corporate government. The progression toward this relationship can be seen throughout the historical books and all through the Bible. Israel was moving toward this but was divided by a double mindedness of heart. The minor prophets represent the remnant of this government in the hearts of these 12 prophets.
