Synopsis: Miracles were simply avenues of self-giving to Jesus. Jesus was self giving in nature, therefore He would meet needs. People would come to Him for what He could do for them, selfishly. But He would hide His acts because His motive was not for glory, but self giving to others. Virture reaches out for the needs of others, He is self giving.
