Synopsis: We discussed the mount of Transfiguration in relationship to prayer and fasting. Prayer is a relationship with God based on the living communion of the Father with His son in you. Fasting represents one who chooses to deny their own life that they might live by the son instead. We must embrace the cross in this manner to bring forth His increase in us.
